Tehseen Ashraf presents Anaphylaxis UK with a cheque after fundraising

26 July 2022

Members of Ismaeel's Foundation including Ismaeel's father, Tehseen Ashraf, made the trip down south to Farnborough to the headquarters of the Anaphylaxis UK. We were welcomed by Simon Williams and the staff and we told the tragic story of how Ismaeel passed away and the efforts we are all putting in to raise awareness of anaphylaxis. We raised over £2500 for Anaphylaxis UK so thank to everyone for their support.

A big thank you to Paul Weston for his donation of £1,150 towards this cause. We really appreciate it.

The inquest raises a number of issues which are likely to be of concern to parents and carers of school-age children, as well as schools and teachers, as the jury concluded that not following the care plan and a delay in administering an auto-injector may have contributed towards Ismaeel’s death.
